Packaging Material Returns:

    
● Returns must be within 30 days of delivery.
● Please do not return products without first obtaining an RMA Number.
● Items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted for return.
● There may be a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges.

Just call or e-mail us and let us know what you would like to return and why, That's all. Please include your order number, phone, and e-mail address and we will contact you with your RMA number and shipping directions.

        Create a standard (RMA Request) email message and send to GBE Packaging

Be sure to properly tag merchandise with your RMA# and ship back to us in unopened and unused condition.

Items purchased from GBE Packaging cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time.
